Seat door lock problems.
The solenoid is bad.
The door locks may function correctly one moment and in the next will cease to operate.
Alarms and immobilisers technical issues.
If one door doesn t work but others do the problem could be a blown fuse.
To activate the system using the remote control press the lock button on the remote once.
Replacing it may require removing the car door panel.
When this system is activated it is not possible to open the doors normally from the outside or the inside.
One door lock is not working.
Your seat belt was designed to lock up at particular times by utilizing a device called a retractor.
Be it the switch for that side latch or actuator.
When one door has the locking issue it is likely an issue within the door.
A fuse is blown.
Again if one door doesn t work but others do the problem could be with the door lock solenoid.
One of the first symptoms of a possible problem with the door lock relay are door locks that function intermittently.
With the key rotate the key once in the door lock cylinder in the locking direction.
This is a cheap and easy fix.
This device which looks like a spool with teeth on the edges will normally allow your seat.
If the door lock relay has any internal or wiring issues it can cause the door locks to function intermittently.
Replacing the fuse will correct the problem.

The boot tailgate may not be opened.
My guess is that the replacements have not been adequately sealed against moisture ingress.
The ecu for the door locks and windows sits inside the driver s door where it is vulnerable to moisture ingress.
